I have Gerbing battery powered ones. I actually bought them for skiing. Small rechargeable battery sits in the gauntlet, gives 3 hours or so of heat on medium setting. Nice and warm, but not the best glove for bar and lever feel. I don't like the hassle of all the connections for electric gear. I have a battery powered electric vest as well. For the shorter rides I take in mid winter, it's enough.
