When I came home and got my RLETS in the mail, I was excited to put them on even though it was almost time for dinner. I rushed out to the garage, managed to put one on the clutch side, but then got the call for dinner.
Even so, I decided to take a quick ride around the block to check them out, but what a mistake. As I gassed it, the bike pulled very strongly, but wanted to veer into the left lane. Fortunately, no oncoming traffic, but still scary.
I parked the bike and put the other one on after dinner, and it rode fine afterwards. Still shaky, thinking what would have happened had a I put the right one on - it would have shot me into the back of a parked car. Respect the RLETS.
