My finger tips tend to take the hit. Heated gloves have recently fixed that.
Oh, and the frozen eyeball (about -50C with freeway windchill). No heated gear can fix that, except maybe a heated helmet I suppose.

It is most important to have a snug fit with these heated liners. If they are not snug fitting the effectiveness drops exponentially.
