While part of me admires the ingenuity of it. I'm pretty sure I'd accidentally inflate it at a gas stop..
No, you wouldn't. It requires a lot more than "casual force" to trigger it. It requires the kind of force that would knock you off your bike. I know because I have one and have tugged on it more than once by accident.
When I did need it, it saved my tush up in the canyons once. Awesome.
