Yep. We have that here, now.
- Helmets not required
- Possession of marijuana is legal
- Legal drinking age is 18 (for beer)
- DUI conviction is a misdemeanor, not a felony
- Cell phone usage while driving is legal
- Texting while driving over 18 is legal
- "Blacked out" window tinting is legal
- Heavily tinted license plate "protectors" are legal
- Tail light tinting is legal
- Turn signals are not required
