Here in Georgia they recently enacted a hands free law and really got it out there that it was gonna be a big deal.

I commute daily 80 miles in heavy Atlanta traffic for quite a bit of the ride , and it seems to me that the law has had little to no effect.

Daily I cannot believe how many people are using their phones while driving .
