I guess the guy that built these knew what he was doing. We hauled this with our Goldwing up and down the hills of Vermont and New Hampshire without any problems.
We camped in Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park in Laconia. Good thing we had the tent trailer. Although it was the Father's Day Weekend in late June, the temperature dropped to 37F. To make it worse a fog rolled down from the hills around the camp ground. Everybody but us had to sit by a campfire all night to keep from freezing.
