Since I work at a race track a good part of the year, I have several weather apps on my phone to prep for foul weather, particularly helping the errant racer or vendor who didn't bring a way to secure a pop-up tent. Weatherbug is a bit pessimistic, but pretty accurate. The better track operators have full weather stations in their control towers, but my status usually doesn't permit me into such lofty places.
I also rely on my left foot, one of those "now that it's broke, it can predict rain" things.
