I thought a XR650L was good dirt bike. Compared to a Moto Guzzi Quota it is! If I'm to learn dirt a 125 or 250 makes more sense. Smile

I'm barely getting dirty but dirt bikes are a whole 'nother world and a hoot! But as I get older, they are not so advised. Tongue

Hang in there sir. Eat well, exercise some way to keep the heart in good shape and you'll heal up just fine.
