There's a Boy Scout camp called Sea Base in Islamorada and I was one of the leaders when my son's troop went down there to sail for a week. We stopped for lunch on the way to and from the airport at Mrs. Mac's Kitchen. First time I had ever had Hog Fish, which tastes way better than it sounds and not at all like bacon.

A couple of my riding friends have a place near Punta Gorda and have bikes down there. We keep talking about a bike trip to The Keys...your ride report has provided a little more motivation to make sure that happens.

Sir, I am ready 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Name the time and the place and I'm ready! I am retired and live in Boca Raton Fl. Lately I've been contemplating a ride to Flamingo Park.
