What a lovely ride and those steaks looked so good.

BTW, seared on the outside and raw in the middle is the best way to preserve the flavor and tenderness of steak. Venison especially should never be cooked done but should "bleed" a bit when sliced at table. A lady with impeccable tastes no doubt.
