The service manager/head mech walked out and I asked him about it. He said it was not safe and would not pass the Va. state inspection. The owner happened to walk out at that time and was told not to bring in the bike to their shop for the annual inspection as it would fail.
I jokingly asked if it was a car as in Va. a motorcycle is defined as 3 wheels or less in contact with the ground.
Heh, heh, ... maybe the bike is a test apparatus for self-driving scooters.
