I wouldn't mind better suspension bits. I would not want the shaft drive (they would have to do what they did to the CB900 to kludge it on the bike or do a total redesign - a whole lotta weight for little to no gain).
As she sits I see little to improve; save moving the rear signals to the bark light so they don't have to moved when you add luggage.
Everything else can be done by the end user. For many of the other ideas. well there are plenty of bikes on the market that do that job really well already - just buy them.
