I suspect it's just the extra plumbing that's in the way. Probably only affects bikes with the interfering brake hoses and fittings. Don't think a fork brace has any relationship to the function of ABS otherwise.

That was my thought too. Samurider included a nice glossy catalog of 2014 bikes. Its in Kanji, but the pictures aren't! Tongue

Anyway, there does look to be a fair amount of plumbing, but it didn't look like it would get in the way. Looks like a little re-routing could be done if needed, but was hard to tell with pics they had.

To add to my post above, my bike is non-abs.
