Something else to consider...I don't know if it's really the same thing, but the finish on that exhaust looks similar what was on the stock pipe on my Kawasaki ZRX. It held up reasonably well, but even with regular cleaning there was corrosion starting on the lower portions of the down-tubes by the time I replaced it with a full Akra stainless system.
