If you have a jig saw/sabre saw a plastic blade will do nicely. The last time I cut lexan was on my Dad's 1973 Ski Doo. Opened up the front cowling cooling vent with a sabre saw (I don't belive I used a special blade, just took it slow) and that was in 1973.

Clean up with mill files and fine sandpaper, call her good. Smile I've got a nice Bosch sabre saw if you need to borrow a tool. Just picked a Fein Multi-Master tool that needs more work, I bet that would do the job too (the Bosch would be faster).
