Good info! But am I correct in thinking that this would cause clearance issues for someone who had the '13 Honda luggage rack mounted (since it would tip the whole thing backward/down into the tail light)?

tail light mount is integral to the grab rail so it moves down as well. luggage rack in theory would appear parallel to the seat pan just as the grab rail does.
