I'm surprised no one has answered you question. Hopefully someone will. From what I remember reading on here, the '13 and '14 racks are different as the mounting angle is different and the '13 rack will not be flat on a '14.

You can email Mr. T with your year and model and maybe mention what country you are in and he can make sure you order the right one.

You have to click accept, then Honda user, then at the top of the next page, select 751cc and up. Then select CB1100 and the year. find rear carrier, and click on the Adobe symbol and get the instructions/part diagram for the rack.
