A Power Commander could be an option, but I have experienced ZERO issues since installing the canister. It just has a deep, throaty sound at idle and it does scream a bit when you really let it rip.

Just what an inline 4 is supposed to do.
If I had access to a dyno in my area, I would probably buy a P C just to see if it could run any better but as it is I'm completely satisfied.
As far as mileage goes, I don't have a clue. I've never been one to be concerned about mpg. However, because the bike "sounds" like a motorcycle now the mileage has probably dipped a bit because I love to listen to the exhaust sing to me.
