Heated grips question

was thinking of getting the dealer to install these on my new 2017ex before I take delivery. Has anyone gone that route and can you say approximately how much damage (parts and labor) I can expect? thanks

I'd guess three hours labor for someone who had done the job before. But note my reservations about paying someone else to do the job. It's a fiddly piece of work, with plenty of places for screwups and sloppy shortcuts if someone doing the job doesn't really care. The Honda instructions are very specific, even to the point of indicating the exact locations of wire ties.

Maybe you prefer not to do the work yourself, but I recommend giving it some thought before you have a dealer tech do it.
