Heated grips question

Has anyone purchased the 'new' oem grip heaters (08T50-mge-000) on Samurider? It says they fit 2010-2016 but the model number differs from what some have installed here which is:

08T50-MGE-101 - Honda Heated Grip Kit
08T70-MGC-D30 - CB1100 DLX attachment kit

My real question is whether the attachment kit shown above will also work with the 08T50-mge-000?

Cant find definitive answer anywhere.

I have the the same grip heater kit from Samurider ready to install on my bike and it came with an attachment kit (not at home to verify part number). It was the best bundled value I found online and thus why I bought that version from Mr. T. He didn't mention any incompatibility issues with U.S. spec bikes....

FWIW, the current part number for "Heated Grips" on the Honda site ends in -C10 and claims to be a new and improved design with smaller controls and grip diameter. The part number for the attachment kit now ends in -C31.

Could it be that the -101 and -000 parts are for the original grip heater kit and represent the same parts but from different markets and the -C10 kit is actually the newest version? Even if that is true, I would think the attachment kits are interchangeable because connectivity shouldn't have changed....
