Just to extend this a bit, my 2014 CB only came with 3-4 tools. I asked the dealer about it and they ordered in all the missing tools from Honda free of charge.
Some time ago (couple of years?) there was a thread about the missing tools.
My Bonneville didn't come with any tools so I bought a metric set of Cruz tools which is why I suggested them.
