Wow! What a coincidence this is. I just happen to have a new set of Triumph Bonneville shocks that I took off my 2013 T100. They are 13.5" long eye to eye. I will use them on my CB1100 to see if they work as good as yours did. Thanks for the info coltnut.

You'll just need the lower bushings changed,order the bushings mentioned in my first post,push out the lower triumph bushings,contour outside of ordered bushings to same as removed triumph bushings and press new bushings into shock.Make the with of shock bushing same as width of shock lower eyelet.If its too tight sliding on swing arm standoff just use a rotary tool to clerance inside of new bushing just a slight touch till is slides on.To get new bushing into shock i pressed in with a vice.
Nothing needs to be done to top bushing,it fits perfect as is.At least the Bonneville shocks i used it does.
