There is not a chance in he** you are going to get water into your engine and cause any issue...

You would have to have enough water to get into the filter, soak through it, fill the primary air box- find it's way through the connector into the main airbox plenum, up into the velocity stacks...

Heck- I installed a water injection kit onto one of my old cars- and used to fill it with windshield washer fluid and spray it right into my engine- on purpose. Ran great.
