The 2017's slipper clutch may have something to do with mine having no drivelash, while Eric's '14 Standard had a lot. At the time, I attributed his bike's drivelash to a loose chain, just as I attributed his bike's heavy steering and rough suspension action to worn, squared-off tires.
I don't know. I just know that my '17 has no drivelash, on or off the throttle, gently applied, or hard on the gas.
