Anyone riding a lot will tell you that your chest and back should hold your whole weight at all times, regardless of seat and position - with zero weight on the wrists left. Only this way you’re totally in control of the handle bar and it does well to your back too.

So, even on a sports bike you're expected use your core to take your weight?
