You are correct. I found the clear boot which contains red, white and gray connectors but there are wires on both ends of each connector. Perhaps the Standard does not have the spare connections? Where on the wiring diagram (1100A after 2013) should I look for these mysterious connectors? There is also a wiring diagram entitled 1100SA (After 2013), which I assumed to be the Deluxe model.
