I'm all for new blood, and the performance of the FZ-09 was the reason I was interested, (price too). I met a young man at the Cyclegear shop on his FZ-09 a couple of weeks ago. He appeared to be maybe 20 years old, and the Yamaha is his first bike. Proof positive that entry level riders are indeed attracted to it. I'm not sure I would be comfortable if my son chose a 10 second bike as an entry level machine, but that's another subject.
BTW, I like the looks of the BKing as well.
