I received my Dynojet kit and a DG slip on exhaust and finished the installation this evening. Pipe and jet kit are common mods for this bike along with removing the air box snorkel, bypassing the exhaust gas recirculation system, and enlarging the crankcase vent circuit. I did all that.
The pipe is loud. I installed an end cap insert that reduces the outlet to 1 inch which cuts a few dB of noise it is still loud, but not painfully so. For $160, I got the exhaust and two quiet core inserts. Jet kit was $50. I have a high flow filter coming tomorrow which was $20. So, for well under $250, the bike runs a lot better.
