Can you imagine a 200 hp Bonnie? lol
I think to be considered the Hot Rod "in it's class" it just has to be faster than the BMW R9T and MG Griso which would be a tall order indeed. But then again maybe like me, Triumph doesn't consider the R9T or Griso retros (although I think the new Eldorado fits the bill but no HP rating have been released yet.. don't think it will match the Griso though) in which case anything over 90 hp would make the Bonnie the retro hot rod king.

CB1100 84 hp
Ducati Scrambler 75 hp
Current Bonneville 68 hp
Moto Guzzi V7 48 hp
W800 Kawasaki 48 hp
Royal Endfield 29 hp
