I used to have a BSA Rocket 3, 1969. Each piston in the new Rocket 3 is larger than all 3 pistons in my Rocket 3 put together.
It's a seriously large engine as you know. Very big, very heavy, very powerful. I think the inline 3 motor looks kind of industrial but hey it works. when you sit on one, the gas tank looks HUGE!
I have not heard any complaints or unreliability reports floating about.
I turned down an offer to ride one once. I knew a guy that owned one and he loved it. Offered to let me ride it, but it was just too big for me.
