Little love for the enfield pre storage

It's the same ritual for me this time of year. One by one they get rolled inside for the winter.

Thanks! Yeah i hate having to get the storage thing going but its part of living in the snow zone. I used to ride all year but now i go out when its decent so the winter is just assumed a down time for that part of the year. I also put my hoses away and everything so being able to detail and everything needs to be done before it gets REALLY cold and im scrambling to put away 3 bikes etc

Very nice Enfield!

Thank you, damn yeah early snow for you huh! Usually in Chicago its early/first week of December when we start getting an accumulating snow, but it can be anytime as well lol. But yeah fresh fuel fill up and fuel stabilizer of some sort is def a good storage idea.

Haha thanks ! Funny you mentioned Brooks saddles lol , just decked out a beach cruiser bike I got a couple months ago and that saddle is on there in aged brown with their matching grips

Although i admire the mechanics of older looking classics i think your bike stands out for me and i think it's a lot nicer than most classics, the tank is a work of art and it's good to see it still looks as new after 11 years.

My unused bikes sleep under a sheet of plastic after a wax session in the wet and cold period which has just ended here but i do run them for a short warmup ride every two months or so to keep them in shape.

Thanks for posting.

Thanks Max. Yeah the tank is cool. Did you know those pinstripes are all done by hand at the factory? 2 brothers freehand them on the tanks after the paint is done and dry , i think for the last 20 ish years. Amazing.
