Speaking of a Road King

Being an 06, I assume it has the 88 motor in it. With that many miles I would check or replace the cam chain tensioner, they are famous for failing in that motor and causing all kinds of havoc.

It might seem strange to learn that a 21st century machine (2006) would have risks associated with the engine when sooooooo many mid and late 20th century Japanese bikes just seem to go without fail today.
