the bike looks nice.. I always preferred the interstate to the aspencade models.. I wonder how long the bike has been sitting since the carb rebuild.. those carbs don't like to just sit around with todays gas.. I would remove some of that extra chrome.. those side covers trap hot air back by the stator.. that rear chrome bumper thingy just adds weight.. the 1983's had some parts that were for that year only.. limiting availability of replacement stuff.. try to lighten it up to make it as agile as you can.. keeping the bags and trunk, of course.. hard to see any scratches in pics.. ask the seller .. sometimes a little dab of clear-coat will hide them.. it reminds me of a nice 1982 I had..
