Thought I'd revive this thread that seems to of died.
I too own both a CB1100 and a Valkyrie. 2 things are for certin: They both compliment one another and the surely won't ever break.
You'd never know that both of these bikes were on the 2014 lineup at the same time they're so different. The only matching parts these two have is the badges and maybe the paint codes.
With some massaging they're both snotty and fun.
Both can be hopped on and ridden 500 miles+ without a worry. You'll quit before any of these two bikes will.
Both will do 125mph ( the CB needed some ECU black magic to do it but now it'll do it)
Both have a completely different character from one another.
