Beautiful looking bike...I like the gauges, very clean speedo with only kilometers. I wish U.S. bikes
would just show mph and forget cluttering the display with both mph and km--it seems obvious we're
never going to commit to a kilometers system for U.S. roadways. Personally, I wouldn't mind if we did,
but give me a clean speedo! I must have been in 6th grade, some 45 years ago, when we started
preparing for the great "metric switch" or whatever they called it. Wonder what happened to that? How
did the U.S. as a country begin all that, and then just say, "ehh, no thanks"?

RE metric in the U.S. - The U.S. is a non-trivial and complicated country. Other countries had an easier time making the transition, many doing it in the 1970s.
