Joined the forum in fall of 2016 when I got my '13 at the local dealer. Lurked for more than 6 months before that. Bike had about 1000 miles on it, now has 16,000 plus.
I didn't even know retro was a thing at the time, just loved the looks.
I will turn 67 in December, returned to motorcycling after about a 25 year break.
About a year before I got my CB I had to renew my drivers license and take a written test. I wasn't going to get the m/c qualification, but the guy at the DMV said "Hey, you might as well. Renewing is easier than starting fresh. You never know." How prophetic. Soon after the bug re-awakened in me and it has been a pleasure to get back on two wheels.
Really enjoy the bike and the forum. Thanks to the moderators and to Guth. Glad to see you back in the fray, Sir!
