I don't hear anything odd in the video.
when you turn on the key, a lot of things happen. Fuel pump, canister purge, and other things cycle and initialize to prepare the engine to run. The term buzz is too ambiguous to try to figure out. Get someone at a shop to listen to it.
also you'll hear some valve noise...your sitting right on top of them. Actually I like to hear it. Its the song of a healthy engine. You'll know it if they ever start to clatter wierdly
..it will sound like shaking marbles in a paint can.
