What could it be? The dealer says the "rotor was warped from the factory" and will be replaced under warranty, but that does not explain to me how a groove is in the rotor all way around and is lower than where the pad rubs.
I looked at a brand new cycle on the showroom floor earlier today and there is no shiny ring around the rotor like my pic shows on my cycle. I'm beginning to think an inferior part was used in the assembly and QC was asleep.
