When I recently purchased my very lightly used Bonneville (400 or so miles) and I got it home I looked inside the saddlebags and found some goodies in there. Bike cover and battery charger. (Felt like I found hidden treasure!) 
The charger is a "Noko Genious G750" and, like your batteryMINDer it has several different color, and even size, LEDs. Between what LED or combination LEDs are on, or blinking, and what the blinking sequences are, I always need to refer to the owner's manual to decipher just what it's trying to tell me, LOL.

When you hook up the charger to an AC source without plugging it into the battery tender lead, the power light come on for a bit and after a few seconds, it starts to blink. This means no battery was detected so it went into sleep mode (flashing light). The other led lights refer to desulfation and charging mode.
This particular unit does not have an output voltage unless it's connected to a battery so they recommend attaching the volt meter to the battery to monitor increase in voltage with time.
