Mine does this and I think it may be related to my ABS malfunction issues (that I'm still having). I've tried CRC Brake quiet grease on the pads, totally cleaning the calipers and pads, replaced all brake fluid (and clutch fluid while I was at it), still moans/hums as Caruzin described just before complete stop, and just like the OP, it only happens when I'm braking harder. If I brake very slowly/lightly it doesn't really happen, but that's not always possible in LA. I ordered new pads to come this week, hoping it's not rotors on a bike with 3,000 miles (though it's happened since I bought it at 1,100 miles)!
