trying to put a tire on for the first time. won't inflate?

My first tire change went the same way. But like anything else it just takes some experience and practice. There are techniques and tools that make the job easier. I heat my new tire by placing a hair dryer inside it while I’m unmounting the old one. It goes on like a soft glove. But it wasn’t until I replaced 3 sets of tires that it became much easier.

By the way there are some great YouTube videos of people going step by step to do many common maintenance procedures. That is how I learned.
