QUINTtastic, don’t take the dealer’s word for whether or not the rep will meet with you. Given what’s happened, the dealer won’t want you anywhere him. Get in touch with Honda of America directly and make a complaint.
But don’t stress it too much while you deal with the grief of loosing your father. |
