Hi Mickey. I bent the rear wheel on my VFR 800 in two places when I was traveling on the freeway at about 75 mph, with an unknown flat tire, and I rode over two lane markers they use here in Ca. (At 75 mph the centrifugal force acting on the tire was hiding the fact that it was flat). I bent the rim slightly in two locations. I had it repaired, and the rime runs as true as if it had never been bent. I highly recommend you have yours repaired.
