Cormanus.
Cool that you're sharing, many would have kept that under wraps.
Now back to the "oil" how many Gallons of the 'Hubris" could you have stockpiled for the cost of the fuel substitution venture.
On the Miles to the Gallon line being discussed read a couple of days ago that Neil, Buzz and Michael only got 7 inches to the Gallon: Price here $1.49 down $0.20 from a few weeks ago.
6th December ACDC no ear plugs, I think this is the last time will them live.
Still haven't got to posting photos, rode to PI last Sunday -2C at 6 dint get above 0 till 9.
More to follow must go now, going to PNG back next week.(might get to see the most northern pub when at Horne Island.

If the user manual is not enough to convince people, I think Ferret once posted a picture of an oil chart hanging in his dealer that showed for Honda they switched from recommending 10-40 to 10-30 at a certain mfg date...I forget, was it around 2005 or earlier?
Ferret, if you can link to that picture again I can copy it down and refer to it as needed.
I think that is also why the old timers who ride CB's are dead set on 10-40, they grew up on that viscosity, and it will not be pried from their cold dead hands!
------------
You should see the oil threads on my BMW car forum with the following list to choose from, and people still recommend other weights :-)
------from user manual------
Approved oils belong to the following viscosity
classes: SAE 0W-40, SAE 0W-30, SAE 5W-40
and SAE 5W-30.

The dividing date is Jan 1 2007. I have a 2006 ST1300 and I use the recommended 10 W40 in it. The 2007 ST 1300s Honda recommends using 10W30.

Hiker, what about the chart and note on the left? Maybe that's just there for decoration?
