Jay, your bike is absolutely cherry. It looks and operates exactly like a showroom new CB 1100.

I stayed in Panama City Beach and I'm headed to New Orleans today. I'll leave New Orleans on Sunday and will be in Austin by the end of that day. Having put 6 straight hours on the saddle, I could not find a single thing wrong with the stock seat. This bike just soaks up the interstate like no other bike I've ever owned.

Congratulations to you both, although you must be sad, Jay.
Jedd, what a great way to get to know the bike. Post a full report in seat time when you get home?

Honda policy doesn't allow them to ship w/o buyer coming to sign in person.

I hope it works out for you too! I'm sure there is a DLX out there with your name on it! Is the one in Detroit too far away?
Yes, too far. I did call them and they aren't willing to ship. Said I would have to go there to do the paper work.

I need advice. I just had triple bypass surgery, and I'm not riding much now. I need advice on how much I should sell my 2014 CB1100 Deluxe w/ 1200 miles. What price should I expect? How much are they going for these days? What is the best way to sell this bike? I couldn't find used ones for sale to compare to. Thanks.
Keep the faith. I bought my 14 in August of 2014 and a week later was in surgery for a triple bypass. It was late March of 15 before I was strong enough to ride but fortunately that gave me all winter to recover and do a weekly start of my zero miles bike and imagine how good it will be to finally ride her.
Well wishes on your recovery. - Art.
P.S. Please stop me if you heard this already. The Kelley blue book website will price used bikes and give you a trade-in and retail price and asking might be between the two?
