Gotta love a bike that will run the "speed limit" at such RPM' s. No strain...no pain! Mine did it with 2 up. On another note my buddy dropped by the shop today to check out the CB. If he said "that's a nice bike" once he said it 10 times. He's an old Harley guy and this was his first look at the CB. He was impressed to say the least.

On my 2011 5-speed I'm doing a smidgeon over 4000rpm at 120 kph (75 mph). I'd like that extra gear, but I'm not complaining. Smile

It is nice. Rode 172 miles today.

I posted those pics because we often talk about speed vs rpms on the 6 speed box, but I can never remember the numbers lol

Great pics Ferret. Looks like 250 rpm for every 5 mph in 6th gear. Amazed how relaxed the 1100 is at speed. 750s run 1500 higher at the same speed. Question for you, how do you take those pics while riding?

Same way I take all riding pics, right hand on throttle left hand pointing the camera. Lol

Camera is a point and shoot on a lanyard around my neck, so it could be dropped if necessary to grab bars and not lost. It will turn itself off if necessary. I have taken literally tens of thousands of photos while riding. If you can take one hand off bars and point at something, you can snap a pic of it.

Cool. I need to look up point and shoot cameras. How many miles do you have on it now and what are your thoughts on the rear brakes? Any gripes with the motorcycle in general? Not sure I would like the new turn signal control placement. Does it have an indicator bulb to tell you the turn signal is still flashing? I swear on a stack of bibles I cant remember to turn mine off after coming off a HD with self canceling signals. The indicator is the only thing I have to save face. Its a hard transition for me. Blush

I ride down the road sometimes for miles with the turn signal flashing. No excuse other than it it is not what I am used too. I just cant seem to shake the bad habit but am still trying. Angry
