Sneaking in under the wire, but finally got them out and stationary by the bike for the length of time a camera phone shutter needed. Meet Kylee and Lily.

Pretty dogs. Good night they are hairy. Do they shed?

Thanks. They don't shed like getting hair all over you when you pet them or they brush against your clothes. But the beater-bar of the vacuum cleaner requires regular surgical dissection of all the hair that gets wrapped around it! It's like stealth-shedding.

Great pics of our best friends…and of our dogs!

July’s topic choice goes to Mixagon. Just a reminder that part of the purpose of this game is to get people out and riding so try to pick the challenge subject accordingly. Looking forward to Mixagon’s choice.

First time for me picking the subject, I'm not sure what's been before so hopefully this hasn't and will be ok.

So for July lets see your bike with something military related in some way, could be a location, statue, item or a piece of equipment.
Here's my effort taken today July 1st

This is Ladybower dam one of the three Derwent dams where the Dambusters (617 squadron) practiced low flying their Lancaster bombers 18m above the water to drop their bouncing bombs for the raid on German dams in the second world war.

Great topic! And I don't think it's been done before at least not exactly the way you presented it. Let's get out there and take some photos!

18 meters is only 60 feet. I bet a bomber looks pretty big at 60 feet.

Yep 60 foot was the height for the bouncing bomb and they do look pretty big and the sound is frightening. Every visit to the dams some plane either old or modern flies over I think its something most pilots want to do.
The special 2 remaining Lancaster days are the best by far but on normal days a surprise low fly over by a couple of Tornados often makes people spill their coffee Big Grin they just seem to come from nowhere over the trees.
