Sell it......
There is a large and informative users group (according to a Guzzi breakfast guy that owns one). Some of the earlier generations had their problem items but the latest seems well sorted. Maybe after several thousand of them get about 150,000 miles on them new issues will crop up.
Maybe by then you'll have most of the buttons sorted too.

I get to excited over new bikes to answer direct questions but have given it much thought.
I myself would not put a trunk on that bike permanently and the reason is there is so much sport in that sport tourer that it would become more of a tourer.
right now it is more aerodynamic and streamline = smooth air flow
the frame is very much sport bike from what i have read which is what i would want.
conclusion is I would use soft luggage for the rear or hard luggage that can be easily removed and not lugged around all the time.
the little ferrets look as if they approve of the new bike and i wonder if the oil has gotten cold yet ?
BTW I have a permanently mounted cargo net = YO

I bought a really big 56liter Give top case for the CB. Worked so well I bought the mount for the Griso so they can share it. It will easily take two full sized helmets. Already tested!
Yesterday I didn't use it so it was not mounted - so it's pretty easy to leave behind (especially if you have saddlebags).

Looks great. Motorcycle Safety course manager of operations rides one out this way and he loves his. He’s ridden man a mile interstate. No problems at all. Smooth. Fast. Comfy.

wow Rboe 56 liter sounds huge. Does it dwarf the back end of the CB?
