The shop manual from Helm is for US-Spec models. They are not intended to apply to non-US models. American Honda intended to introduce the US version of the RS model, calling it the NA. They even got as far as cataloging and stocking the parts, but for unknown reasons, did not bring it to the US.
Turn signals are the same as for the EX models, not the LEDs as on the Neo-retro models.
It may be better to find a shop manual from the country where that bike was originally sold, maybe through the UK distributor.
